The Gravity Trainer Hook is a high-quality steel hook designed for ceiling installation. It is ideal for hanging:

Gravity Trainer suspension straps

an adult or kids’ swing (e.g. “nest” style)

Power Bands resistance bands Your only limit is your imagination. This type of solution is perfect for expanding the functionality of your sports equipment and taking your training to the next level. With suitable wall plugs, you can also install the hook on a wall (e.g. in hollow ceramic blocks).

2. Key information

High-quality steel hook. It has two loops mounted on the base, making it safer in use. It easily supports a 250 kg static load. The hook can be used by two, or even four people at the same time (with training straps).

The hook comes with heavy-duty mechanical anchors intended for installation in concrete and wood. The recommended load (hook + anchors) is 250 kg. There is a safety margin, but we advise not to exceed this value.

The base is flat, so it sits well on the surface, looks neat and distributes the load evenly.

4 mounting holes for a solid fix and to reduce the risk of one screw failing. Many competing solutions have only two holes, which can lead to the base deforming against the ceiling and the fixings loosening.

We do our best to provide high-quality products without defects. We always recommend checking the condition of the product, because all equipment wears over time. With a hook, caution is essential, as it often supports bodyweight. To date, we have not received any negative customer reports.

3.3. What does “250 kg strength” mean?

It means that under a static load, 250 kg can be suspended without anything abnormal happening. Note: movement creates additional forces—a dynamic load can be roughly twice bodyweight. We therefore do not recommend exceeding the rated load.

3.4. I’m not very experienced—will I manage the installation?

Installation can be challenging because it requires tools (drill, drill bits, wrench). However, most people can do it. A PDF installation guide is included. If you are unsure, ask a friend or neighbour for help.
