The SirJoseph K4 bivouac bag – super lightweight – blue – is a bivouac bag from the renowned SirJoseph brand, well-known among mountaineers, with a built-in tent. This means you can sleep in it instead of a tent. It's very practical for climbing, mountain biking, or when a regular tent is too large and heavy.
The K4 bivouac bag is made of a highly practical three-layer membrane material. The main zipper is waterproof and provides good protection against heavy rain, wind, and other harsh weather conditions.
Here are the specifications:
Glued seams Floor with PU finish and 10,000 mm H2O pressure resistance Fully enclosed sleeping bag with waterproof zippers on both sides Hanging loop for securing the sleeping bag in windy conditions Waterproof left-side zipper for easy entry and exit The sleeping bag conforms well to the shape of your sleeping bag Exel Dry Triplex 300 (material) outer membrane with 20,000 mm H2O resistance and 20,000 g/m²/24h breathability Carrying bag with a diameter of 10 cm x 25 cm Designed for people up to 195 cm tall + sleeping bag Dimensions: 240 cm long, 87 cm wide at the feet, 54 cm wide at the shoulders 606 grams (incl. stuff sack) 100% nylon With PU lamination The material used, Exel Dry Triplex 300, is a super lightweight, three-layer outer fabric used for waterproof jackets and bivouac bags. The non-porous and efficient PEBA membrane prevents external moisture from penetrating the insulation while wicking body moisture away from the product. The DWR finish increases water resistance, and the mini-ripstop weave makes the fabric highly abrasion-resistant and enhances tear protection.
A minimalist tent from SirJoseph for when you truly need to be lightweight or want to travel light.
