Leone1947 Water Punching Bag AT819 — water-filled heavy bag designed for realistic boxing training. Its water padding absorbs shocks and reduces strain on hands and wrists, giving a more forgiving impact than traditional filled bags. The bag is supplied empty for easy transport and is quick to fill at home.
Included: D-bolt with screw, hanging rope and a reducing nozzle for a garden hose. To fill: attach the D-bolt, open the top cap, insert the hose nozzle and fill. Add a few drops of bleach to slow water contamination and close the cap tightly.
