Prevents arm pump:The new 7OX 2.0 Pro grip prevents pressure spikes and muscle fatigue in the arms. Arm pump, a well-known problem in mountain biking, occurs when the forearm muscles are tense for an extended period, particularly during repeated impacts from obstacles. To counter this phenomenon, SQlab conducted studies using electromyography (EMG) to analyze muscle activation and acceleration sensors to record ground vibrations.
