The Power Spin is made with a pear of high-density foam covered with PU that is durable and intended to reproduce sensations close to a traditional punching bag while protecting the joints. The finish includes the Metal Boxe logo in white.
The adjustable height (156–196 cm) allows the device to be set up for different exercises and users, men or women. The 360° rotating side rod provides smooth movements to train dodges, blocks and counters without needing a partner.
The wide base (50 cm diameter) can be filled up to 57 litres to ensure solid anchoring during intense combinations. Assembly is simple and the device stores easily, ideal for domestic use.
Designed for English boxing, the Power Spin helps improve technique, coordination and cardio by reproducing combat situations. Its rotating rod and shock-absorbing pear facilitate practising attack/defence combinations and counter movements.
