The tent has a flysheet in Polyester 190T with an aluminium coating that strengthens the fabric, reduces internal heat by about 17% and provides a sun protection factor UV 80 (UV 801 standard). The PE groundsheet and sealed seams ensure better waterproofing and tear resistance.
The frame is made of 9.5 mm fibreglass, visually coordinated with the blue piping; ground fixation is done using very durable 5 mm steel pegs. The tent is freestanding and dome-shaped for quick and stable erection.
The inner tent is darkened and equipped with the Vario Vent Control system, including a mosquito-screen entrance adjustable from the inside. Three permanent vents maintain optimal air circulation for restful sleep.
The porch provides real additional living space and storage room for camping gear. Inner pockets, an organiser and a lamp holder improve organisation and everyday comfort.
Designed for camping, the Tessin 5.0 comfortably accommodates 4–5 people, weighs about 7.5 kg and is suitable for quick pitching. Ideal for 2-season stays, it combines protection, ventilation and storage space.
