The Wilier Triestina Garda Hybrid is an e-road bike with a clean-cut design featuring fully integrated cable routing that has inherited the shapes of the sports version to the point of being mistaken for it at first glance. The Garda Hybrid uses the proven and reliable Mahle X35+ drive unit with 250 Wh motor inserted in the rear hub while the battery is housed in the down tube. That impossible climb is no longer an obstacle. Instead, it has become a genuine launch pad. A new perspective, a new way to see the world and discover, or rediscover, a new dimension: the pleasure of stress-free pedalling. The Mahle X35+ motor delivers a torque of 40 Nm along the rear wheel axle, which results in seamless, smooth pedalling designed to give the best performance at speeds of between 15 and 25 km/h especially on uphill climbs. The overall weight of the system is 3.5 kg.The 250 Wh battery capacity is engineered for the ideal weight and efficiency ratio. It has enough power to give the rider support for the whole day in the seat without the extra weight and bulk while being elegantly hidden inside the bike's frame. With the ability to pair a 208 Wh water bottle-shaped range extender (sold separately), an extra 1000 meters of positive elevation gain can be added. Thanks to the iWoc One button installed on the handlebar, you can check the battery charge level and activate the three assistance levels as well as deactivate the system. It's all within reach of your thumb, for greater cycling safety.Main features:Carbon Monocoque NHU-MOD + High Impact Strenght frame and fork.Mahle Ebikemotion X35 pedal assist system.Shimano 105 2x12-speed drivetrain.Shimano 105 R7170 hydraulic disc brakes, 160/140 mm.Features:FrameCarbon: Garda Hy - Carbon Monocoque NHU-MOD + High Impact StrenghtForkCarbon: Garda Hy - Carbon Monocoque NHU-MOD + High Impact StrenghtMotorMahle X35+ Motor Hub Drive, 250 W, 40 Nm, 25 km/hBatteryMahle i250 Inner Tube Battery, 250 WhRemoteMahle iWoc OneShiftersShimano 105 ST-R7120, 2x12-speedFront DerailleurShimano 105 FD-R7100Rear DerailleurShimano 105 RD-R7100, 12-speedCassetteShimano 105 CS-R7101-12, 11-34TChainShimano CN-M7100CranksetShimano 105 FC-R7100, 50/34TBottom BracketMiche PressFit 86.5x40BrakesShimano 105 BR-R7170, Hydr.
