We design our products with the support of a physiotherapist to understand how we can make kids more autonomous through our clothing. "The challenge is to prevent kids from becoming discouraged. 60 minutes of daily physical activity
Did you know that to stay healthy, your child should get at least 180 minutes of physical activity every day according to WHO recommendations? And at least 60 minutes should be moderate to vigorous from age 3!
Regular physical activity from a very young age is beneficial for your child's physical and mental development. Learning healthy habits early on can help limit health problems later in life and improve their self-esteem.
