Kids' road cycling shorts with a slim fit and a chamois pad that supports comfort on longer rides. The ATTABO Kiro are made of 82% polyamide, 18% elastane to combine elasticity with durability during more intense riding. The black version is a practical choice for the spring/summer season and regular training sessions.
✅ Slim fit for a stable fit ✅ 3D Laser-Cut pad technology ✅ Reflective elements for visibility
The technical fabric supports freedom of movement for the legs and hips while pedalling. Polyamide helps with durability, while elastane makes it easier to fit without feeling tight. This is important when a child rides more often and needs gear that "works" with their body.
➡️ Composition: 82% polyamide, 18% elastane ➡️ Stretch without restriction ➡️ Durability for daily training
The slim fit reduces fabric shifting and helps keep the shorts stable while riding. Fewer folds also mean a more predictable feel in the saddle. The child can focus on their rhythm rather than adjusting the leg cuffs.
✅ More stable positioning while pedalling ✅ Less excess fabric flapping in the wind ✅ Comfort in the cycling position ✅ Better feel of leg movement
Designed for longer distances, the pad supports shock absorption and reduces pressure on the saddle. The 3D Laser-Cut technology helps with the fit, while the pad's construction supports hygiene and moisture wicking next to the skin. The result is greater comfort as the route gets longer.
➡️ Technology: 3D Laser-Cut ➡️ Comfort support over longer distances ➡️ Better cushioning in the saddle ➡️ More efficient moisture wicking ➡️ Less distracting discomfort
Pockets make it easy to take small items on a short ride without an extra pouch. This solution is useful for training and recreation when you want to have small snacks close at hand. At the same time, the shorts do not have a dedicated phone pocket.
✅ Pockets: yes ✅ Phone pocket: no ✅ Practical for training and trips
Reflectors support visibility in low-light conditions. This is an important detail when a child rides in the afternoon or returns later from training. It increases the sense of safety without affecting comfort.
➡️ Reflective elements: yes ➡️ Better visibility in changing light ➡️ Extra confidence in traffic
The fabric of the shorts supports comfort in the warmer months when the intensity increases. Better moisture wicking helps maintain a more pleasant feel on the skin. This makes regular training easier without "overheating" the outfit.
✅ Season: spring/summer ✅ More comfortable in higher temperatures ✅ Comfort at an increasing pace ✅ Intended use: road
The Kiro combines a slim fit with a pad that supports longer rides and helps maintain comfort in the saddle. This makes it easier for the child to build consistency and develop their technique. It is a good choice for road training and longer family routes.
➡️ Comfort over longer distances ➡️ Stable fit while pedalling ➡️ Practical pockets for small items ➡️ Visibility boosted by reflectors
This model is for young cyclists who ride a road bike and want fitted training shorts. It will perform well in spring and summer when breathability and freedom of movement matter. If the child rides regularly, the pad will provide real comfort support.
✅ For a boy riding on the road ✅ For training and recreational trips ✅ For those who want a slim fit and a pad
