The base bicycle without the throttle installed complies with EN 15194 Pedelec requirements: pedal assist limited to max. 25 km/h, walk-assist limited to 6 km/h. If the throttle grip is fitted, the vehicle configuration is modified. The bike will no longer meet Pedelec requirements. Road traffic rules for public use vary between EU countries. It is the user’s responsibility to check the applicable national traffic laws before use. To operate this bicycle as a Pedelec on public roads, the throttle grip must remain uninstalled.
