FINIS Bolster Paddles One Size Black
FINIS Bolster Paddles for a forearm-driven stroke
Sold and shipped by Sports Lab IE
Developed in the USA and patented by a leading American swim coach, the FINIS Bolster Paddles cover both the hand and forearm to lock the wrist and encourage a forearm-dominated stroke. Their anatomical design conforms closely to the swimmer’s hand, forearm and blade position, making them suitable for all four strokes. Use with a pull buoy for focused upper-body work or with a snorkel to concentrate on stroke mechanics without turning to breathe. Start with short distances to maintain quality technique and avoid overuse. One size (Z200: size for material only), colour: black.
