NNormal Kjerag
The NNormal Kjerag is a high-performance trail running shoe, designed and developed by the ultimate master in the field: Kilian Jornet. The Catalan, multiple winner of the world’s most prestigious ultra-trails, has here created a shoe with numerous qualities. It offers significant cushioning thanks to its EExpure midsole foam. This cushioning technology is specifically designed for trail running. Moreover, the foam is in direct contact with your foot, providing optimal dynamism and compression for fast mountain running. It also helps reduce foot slippage inside the shoe, lowering the risk of blisters.
The NNormal Kjerag delivers remarkable stability even on the most technical terrain. Ideal for trail running, it is also well-suited for skyrunning, ultra-distance races, or alpine hiking. Kjerag is made by passionate mountain enthusiasts, and it will reward you accordingly.
Kjerag is designed for all mountain runners, regardless of experience level. Kilian Jornet’s goal was to combine high-quality, high-tech materials with enjoyed manufacturing processes. The shoe features a Matryx Jacquard upper, which is extremely breathable, durable, and made from polyamide and Kevlar yarns. This Matryx Jacquard is produced in Ardèche, France, and its dyeing process reduces water consumption by 50–95% compared to traditional methods.
The grip provided by Kjerag is simply exceptional. Equipped with Vibram Megagrip Litebase technology and 3.5 mm lugs, the outsole keeps you firmly planted on all surfaces—roots, snowy rocks, muddy trails. You will feel completely connected to the terrain. Additionally, this sole is 30% lighter than standard Vibram soles.
