Use the mat on a flat surface without sharp or hot objects. Do not use compressed air sources or inflators, as these can damage the sleeping mat. After opening the valve, the mat inflates itself. If necessary, gently flatten it with your mouth to the desired firmness. Do not expose the sleeping mat to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or open flames. Store the sleeping mat in a dry, well-ventilated place away from sunlight with the valve open. Remove dirt from the sleeping mat with a brush before storing. Clean the sleeping mat only according to the instructions, otherwise it may be damaged. Avoid contact of the sleeping mat with oils, chemicals, insect repellents, and tanning products.
