Secure Locking The carabiner features a double-action twist lock mechanism with grooves on the locking sleeve for safe and easy handling even with gloves. The system minimizes the risk of accidental opening during safety operations.
Design and Materials Made from anodized duralumin through hot forging in I-beam construction, this carabiner combines lightweight (81 g) and high strength. The material properties ensure increased durability and good corrosion resistance.
Shape and Compatibility with Devices The nearly oval shape allows for easy positioning and rotation at attachment points, belay stations, and straps. It also ensures symmetrical loading of pulleys, optimizing the performance of mobile devices (pulleys, ascenders, descenders/belayers).
Safety and Performance Certified strengths: 26 kN along the major axis, 8 kN across the minor axis, and 7 kN for the lock opening. The large smooth internal surface improves rope glide and reduces wear. Each piece is individually inspected and identified by a unique number.
Practical Details Usable opening 21 mm, keylock nose for reduced snagging and gold finish. Complies with EN 362 and EN 12275 standards for professional use in climbing and height protection.
