How to use the massage oil

The oil can be used after sports during your extended massage (5 minutes per muscle group) to relax your muscles, improve recovery and prevent muscle tension

You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.

What are the benefits of essential oils?

Arnica soothes pain and stiff muscles.

The essential oils of gaultheria and eucalyptus are used to treat inflammatory pain.

The essential oil of rosemary is antibacterial. The essential oil of cajeput is antiseptic and antibacterial.
