An ingenious weights bench for better workouts
This 500 bench folds down to take up as little space as possible between workouts and also adapts to your workouts. If you want to bench press, you can remove the leg bar.
With its leg bar, 4 backrest inclines (0°, 30°, 45°, 80°) and 2 seat inclines, this weights bench makes it easy to do any and all exercises!

Cleaning the 500 fold weights bench after workouts
Wipe the weights bench with a damp cloth after each workout. This helps increase the lifespan of your bench. Sweat is acidic and can, in the long run, damage the cover of your weights bench. We also recommend wearing a T-shirt or laying a towel on the bench while exercising.

Our coach shares exercises you can do with the 500 Fold weights bench
Shoulder workout:
- Seated shoulder press (equipment: rack + bar + weights) 4x8
- Lateral raises (seated on the bench) 3x12
- Front raises 3x12 (equipment: dumbbells)
- Incline chest flys 3x15
Keep 2 reps in the tank at the end of each set and increase the repetitions or weight as you improve.
Rest for a minute and a half to two minutes between each set
