**Training without moving**
Using the Rockerz Fitness Vibration Plate has many benefits. It's good for fat burning and muscle building, and it improves bone density and blood circulation. It works like this: the rapid vibrations throw you off balance, causing your body to tense muscles to maintain your equilibrium. So you exercise without consciously moving. But you can also use the vibration plate to intensify exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and core exercises for greater and faster results. And with the included resistance bands, you can take your workout to an even higher level. The vibration plate has five pre-programmed training programs and a whopping 99 speed levels. You can also use the vibration plate as a relaxing massager after a strenuous workout.
**Oscillation**
The vibration plate uses oscillation for training. This rocking motion throws your body off balance, forcing your muscles to work harder to maintain equilibrium. The vertebrae in your back are protected by the minimal pressure they experience through oscillation. This contrasts with vibration, which only oscillates up and down, placing greater strain on the vertebrae and joints.
**Built-in Bluetooth speakers and more**
The vibration plate has built-in Bluetooth speakers. This allows you to listen to your favorite music while exercising. The vibration plate also includes resistance bands that allow for multiple exercises for the arms, shoulders, back, core, and thighs. Ideal for intensifying or extending your workout!
**Training Programs**
The vibration plate has 5 different programs, which also correspond to levels 1 through 5. If you want to gradually increase your workout, start with program 1. The programs correspond to:

Where feet together are considered "jogging" and feet apart are considered "running and sprinting." The higher the program, the more intensive it is for your circulation. With each program, the intensity will increase throughout the program. We recommend using the vibration plate for a maximum of 10 minutes per day during the first week. From week 2, you can go up to 20 minutes, gradually building up to program 5.
