Some watches use a so-called closed protocol and cannot connect to our cardio equipment if they are not compatible with FTMS profiles; this information should be checked in the manufacturer's instructions.
Smooth pedalling
Discover a smooth workout that meets your needs with our cross trainer. It is fitted with a double belt drive (instead of a single belt, like most models). This has enabled us to use less material for the flywheel, while also guaranteeing smooth, silent pedalling. Thanks to this belt drive, we have a 1.5 kg flywheel which reproduces the smooth motion of an equivalent 4 kg flywheel.
Why use a 33 cm stride length?
After numerous tests, we concluded that a 33 cm stride provides the perfect balance between efficacy and smoothness/pedalling comfort, all while remaining compact enough to use at home. This stride length also fully engages the muscles of the lower and upper limbs, the torso, the back, and the core.
A 33 cm stride also allows you to vary your exercises, from intensive intervals to gentler, more prolonged workouts.
