The right hammock for every space

Traditionally, purists have hung their hammocks between two trees on summer days and climbed in: the hanging hammock remains our seasonal must-have. It can be hung in your garden, but its compact structure also allows it to be taken on a camping holiday or an excursion into nature (a natural partner for a bivouac or some downtime in the country during day hikes!)

However, even in the best of natural circumstances, it’s sometimes difficult to have two hooking points the right distance apart. Ever mindful of your needs, Decathlon has provided a variety of solutions: you’ll find both hammocks with feet and hammocks with stands, enabling you to use your hammock even if you don’t have anywhere to hang it from.

With your well-being in mind, we’ve developed a hammock from parachute canvas that is spacious, light, compact… and fitted with a highly efficient mosquito net! It takes two: the two-person hammock designed for… both of you!

For reasons of privacy and practicality (only one hammock to carry between two people), maybe you’d prefer a two-person hammock? With our two-person hanging hammock (or double hammock), your wish is our command! Its dimensions of 350 x 175 cm make it comfortable and versatile.

The hanging hammock fastening system is very simple: not only does it come with carabiners, but it also works with gaps of up to 6 metres between two trees. Not sure whether you attached it properly? If your hanging hammock “smiles” at you when you look at it, it’s job done! The process for a double hammock and a one-person hammock is the same.
