PLEASE NOTE: You cannot request an exchange or refund for a product sold and shipped by MAGUSA at Decathlon stores. Your order does not include a return label: Send your return request to Decathlon Customer Service, who will process your request and provide you with all the information you need to return the merchandise safely and free of charge.

Guarantee modality

Products sold by MAGUSA on the Decathlon Marketplace are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product resulting from its intended use or from a manufacturing defect.
