Return fees
Returns are free.
Refund modality
Products will be refunded if they are returned in their original new condition, without any modifications, not worn, not washed, with all tags attached to the product and in their original packaging, in perfect condition. They will be refunded within 14 days from the date the product is received by the seller. The refund will only be issued using the same payment method as the one used for the order, without exception.
Return modality
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days after receiving it.
We invite you to log in to your Decathlon.ie customer account and go to the “My purchases” section. Click on the order you wish to return, then on “Make my return”.
Follow the steps; this will send an automatic message to the seller indicating your return request. You will then receive the return instructions within 72 business hours. If you cannot find this option or if you would like more information, you can also contact the Decathlon.ie customer service.
Marketplace products returns are not possible in Decathlon stores and warehouses.
Guarantee modality
For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of the products delivery. The warranty is valid provided that the defect is caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect.
The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the assessment of the defect carried out by the seller.
Please attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or any possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
