Under “Order details”, click on “Request a return/exchange”. You can then request a return label or additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return. B) If a return label is included: Carefully pack the items in the original box. Attach the return label clearly and visibly to the package. Send the package to the return address mentioned above.

Guarantee modality

For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid provided that the defect results from normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect.
