Return modality

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date the order is delivered by the carrier. The right of withdrawal will not apply outside this period. In the case of promotions, please consult the applicable exchange and return conditions. Once a return has been requested from Legend eBikes, it must be approved in advance. Goods may never be returned without the prior consent of Legend eBikes. You may return your order by exercising your right of withdrawal, provided that the products have not been used, are in perfect condition, and are in their original packaging. You must arrange shipment to the LEGEND EBIKES warehouses located at C/ Industria 60, NAVE 6, Ripollet, Barcelona. Following withdrawal, once the condition of the goods has been verified, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the return date. If the product is returned in a non-original condition (dents, marks, physical damage, or missing accessories), we may apply a depreciation of the product’s value equivalent to the costs required to restore it. Refunds will be made by bank transfer or another payment method agreed with the customer.

Guarantee modality

All LEGEND EBIKES products are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding consumable items, provided that the conditions of use described in the user manual are respected and that the corresponding maintenance is carried out. The 2-year warranty period starts from the date of purchase, which is the date shown on the commercial invoice. Batteries sold by LEGEND EBIKES are also covered by a 2-year warranty, even though they are considered consumable products. However, after the first 6 months, the customer must prove that the defect corresponds to a manufacturing defect.
