If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Returns will only be accepted by the seller if they are unopened, unused and in their original condition. For all other returns, please contact our customer service team. If your return is bulky/heavy, please contact our customer service team so we can request the seller to arrange a collection. If a return label is included in the package you received your order in, we invite you to follow the instructions on the return label and return the order in its original packaging. If no label is included in the package you received your order, we invite you to go to access your account through Decathlon.ie > customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.co.uk customer service.

Guarantee modality

Products purchased on Decathlon.ie are covered by a 12-month warranty, provided by the seller, from the day the customer takes possession of them. The warranty is valid if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault. For this to be investigated, we kindly request that you please provide the Decathlon customer service team with all documents required to activate the warranty or any warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
