After we have received your return shipment, we will refund you within 4 working days. We always refund to
the same payment method you used to place the order.
If you return the entire order, we will refund the full purchase price including any shipping costs.
If you have opted for a special delivery (such as Express shipping), we will not refund the additional cost for this

Return modality
The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 30 days of receiving the order without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). The period begins from the moment the consumer receives the order (in full).
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep the product. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they will return the unused and undamaged product with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in the original shipping packaging to the seller.
If no label is included in the package you received your order, we invite you to go to access your account through Decathlon.ie> customer account > "My Purchases" section. Click on the order you wish to return, then scroll down to "Start Return". Follow the steps; this will automatically send an email informing the seller of your request for return. You will then receive return instructions within 2 working days. If you do not receive the label in the specified time or if you would like more information, please contact our Decathlon.ie customer service.
Guarantee modality

If your product is defective or incomplete upon receipt, please report this before use and as soon as possible (no later than 30 days after receipt). We will send the missing part free of charge or, in the case of a defect, exchange the item free of charge.
