Returns are free.

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify Streetshoesaddict.com of your wish to withdraw and return the product to us. Beyond this period, no withdrawal requests will be accepted for any reason. You then have 14 calendar days to return the item(s). If the return is made after this period, Streetshoesaddict.com will be able to refuse the parcel and return it to the sender. Upon receipt of your parcel, depending on your request, we will proceed with the refund within 3 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been made. In the event of a partial return of some of the products ordered, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded as our delivery costs are fixed and do not depend on the number of products ordered.

Products sold by StreetShoesAddict on the Decathlon Marketplace are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product attributable to the use for which the product was designed or to a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover: ● Misuse of the goods ● Customisation of the goods ● Damage attributable to normal wear and tear of the product ● Accidental damage To benefit from the warranty, a request must be sent to Decathlon Customer Service via the dedicated support channels. Photographs certifying the defect found on the product and, at the partner's discretion, the product's serial number must be included. The product may be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on StreetShoesAddict's assessment of the defects.

Deliveries made by Colissimo DPD carrier - Orders processed Monday to Friday. Any order placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day. Any order placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. - Delivery times: 3 to 4 working days after dispatch of the order for delivery to Ireland.
