Returns are free.

Returned items will be refunded within 4 days from the date they are received by the seller. The refund will be issued exclusively using the same payment method that was used when placing the order — without exception.

**30 days from the date the order is delivered by the transport company.** Return shipping costs are free of charge. The maximum refund period is **4 calendar days** from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Go to your customer account on decathlon.ie and click on **“My Orders.”** 2. Select the order you wish to return. In the **“Order Details”** section, choose **“Create Return/Exchange.”** 3. You can then request a return label from the seller or ask for further instructions. 4. Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will provide all necessary information to complete the return. --- ### **B) If a return label is included:** 1. Securely pack your items in the original box. 2. Attach the return label visibly on the package. 3. Send the parcel to the return address listed above.

Products purchased on Decathlon.ie come with a two-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to defects resulting from normal product use or manufacturing errors. Depending on the seller’s assessment of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. To activate the warranty or request an extension, all necessary documents must be provided (purchase invoice, photos, audio recordings, etc.).
