Returns are free.

1. Scope These Reimbursement Terms apply to products sold by ELITEX TRAINING on Decathlon.ie They explain how reimbursements are processed once a return or eligible claim is accepted. 2. How reimbursements are issued Reimbursements are made to the original payment method used for the order. Where applicable, reimbursements are processed through Decathlon’s marketplace payment workflow linked to your order. 3. When you are eligible for a reimbursement You may be eligible for a reimbursement in the following cases (subject to Decathlon’s marketplace rules): Order cancellation accepted before dispatch Return accepted within the applicable return window Delivery issue (e.g., lost in transit) validated by the carrier/Decathlon Damaged or defective item validated (see section 5) Incorrect item received validated 4. Return conditions (general) Unless Decathlon’s policy for your order provides otherwise: Items should be returned complete, with all accessories and parts. Items should be returned in original packaging where possible. Reimbursement may be reduced or refused if the item is returned incomplete or shows use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning, where permitted by law. 5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect: Please report the issue via your Decathlon order as soon as possible and provide photos (shipping label, outer packaging, and the item). We may offer a replacement where available; otherwise, an eligible claim will be reimbursed once validated. 6. Reimbursement timing Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the reimbursement will be processed within 4 days after verification. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds on your account. 7. Shipping costs Shipping costs are handled according to Decathlon’s rules for your order and the reason for the return: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, transit damage), shipping costs are reimbursed according to the applicable policy. If the return is for change of mind, shipping reimbursement follows Decathlon’s policy. 8. To initiate a return, customers must request it through Decathlon. Once the return is approved, we will provide a self-service return portal so the customer can generate and download their own return shipping label.

Products purchased at Decathlon.ie have a three-year warranty from January 1, 2022, products purchased with an earlier date, the warranty is two years. The guarantee is applicable whenever it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. *It will be mandatory to present the ticket or the purchase invoice. *In some cases images will be requested.

Orders are shipped with UPS. Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.
