PLEASE NOTE: it is not possible to request an exchange or refund for a product sold and shipped by F.lli Schiano in Decathlon stores. Send your return request to Decathlon customer service, who will process your request and provide you with all the necessary information to return the goods safely. Guarantee modality

Products sold by F.lli Schiano on the Decathlon Marketplace are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery of the goods for manufacturing and structural defects. The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product attributable to the use for which the product was designed or to a manufacturing defect. This warranty applies under the following conditions:  - The bicycle has been repaired by a certified professional. - The bicycle must not have been modified or exchanged. - Original parts must not have been replaced with parts not certified by the manufacturer. - The failure is not due to lack of maintenance, negligence or inexperience on the part of the user, misuse, incorrect adjustment, faulty repair or temporary overload. - The failure cannot be due to normal wear and tear on components such as tyres, lights, chains, cables, brake pads, derailleurs and hubs. Necessary maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, wire adjustment, coating, etc. is not covered by this warranty. - If, for reasons beyond our control, you find that the brakes or derailleurs are incorrectly adjusted or that a wheel is bent, you must return the bicycle to the retailer within one month of the date of purchase. within one month of the date of purchase. After this date, we will no longer be able to cover these defects under the warranty.
