Refund modality
Returned products are refunded by Rovera Srl within 4 business days from the date the returned item is received from the customer. The refund is made exclusively to the same payment method used for the order, without exception.
Important note: The product must be returned in the same condition as received, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging. If the return is received in conditions different from those indicated above, no refund will be issued. In such cases, we will inform customer service and attach photographic evidence to document the condition of the returned product.
Return modality
Customers may return goods purchased from Rovera Srl on the Decathlon Marketplace within 30 days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be kept in its original packaging and returned complete with all its parts.
If there is a delivery problem (such as broken plastic components or damaged parts), Decathlon customer service may be contacted, and they will request Rovera Srl to send the damaged part free of charge.
Important note: It is not possible to request an exchange or refund in Decathlon stores for products sold and shipped by Rovera Srl.
To initiate a return request, contact Decathlon Customer Service, who will handle the procedure and provide all necessary instructions to safely return the product. It is recommended to wait until the product is received before submitting the return request.
The customer must return the product within 14 days, as required by Article 57 of the Consumer Code, from the date the return label provided by Rovera Srl is made available in the customer’s Decathlon account area.
The shipping or drop-off date with the carrier will be considered valid.
If the customer returns the product after the stated deadline, no refund will be issued. The customer may request the product to be sent back to them, bearing all shipping costs and organising collection from Rovera Srl with a carrier of their choice and at their expense.
It is therefore strongly recommended to return or have the product collected on time to avoid expiration of the withdrawal right.
Guarantee modality
Products sold by Rovera on the Decathlon Marketplace come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. By completing a warranty card or online extension within 15 days from the date of purchase, it is also possible to extend the warranty by an additional 3 months.
The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product that can be attributed to the use for which the product was designed or to a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• improper use of the goods
• customisation of the goods
• damage due to normal wear and tear
• damage attributable to a lack of regular maintenance (as described in the instruction manual)
• accidental damage
To claim the warranty, it is necessary to contact the Decathlon Marketplace customer service. You will need to provide:
• the model of the purchased product (product code shown on the cover of the manual or on the product box)
• photographs showing the defect found
• the purchase receipt or invoice
The product may be repaired or replaced based on Rovera’s assessment of the defect.
