Returns are free.

If the customer made a payment upon conclusion of the contract, aZengear will refund this amount within four business days of receiving the returned product.

A) If there is NO return label in the package: Go to your customer account on decathlon.ie and then click on 'My Orders'. Click on the order you wish to return. Under 'Order Details', you can click on 'Create a Return/Exchange'. You can then request a label/additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return. B) If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Affix the return label to a visible location on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address indicated above.

The warranty is provided in accordance with applicable legislation and all products have a guarantee period of at least one year. In the event of a defect, you may request a replacement product. If the replacement product is also defective, you may return it for a full refund. If aZengear can prove that the products were purchased for resale, there is no warranty for the delivered products and any right of return is void.
