Refund modality

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days from the moment the product is delivered. The product must be returned undamaged and without any visible signs of use. The purchase price, including standard shipping and handling costs, will be refunded to the Buyer within 4 days of the Seller receiving the returned product, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information.

Return modality

Withdrawal from the purchase contract as described above can be made through the Decathlon customer account. To return a product, it must include all original tags, packaging, documentation, and accessories. The product should be unused. The Buyer has a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to notify the Seller of a full or partial withdrawal from the purchase in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Returns via the Decathlon customer account: - The Buyer requests a prepaid return label through their Decathlon customer account by clicking the “Return” button in the order summary and then selecting “Submit a return request.” Shipping costs are covered by the Seller. - Based on the request, the Buyer will receive a prepaid return label and further instructions by e-mail within 48 hours. - The product must be packaged securely, and the delivery note or invoice received with the order must be included. The Buyer must print and attach the received return label to the package. - The Buyer then brings the parcel to the nearest drop-off point (carrier) according to the Seller’s instructions in the e-mail, and requests proof of handover. If you do not receive the return label within 48 hours, or if you encounter any issues with the return process, please contact Decathlon customer support.

Guarantee modality

The Seller acts as a Business Entity in relation to the Buyer. The Seller is responsible for any defects that the product has at the time of delivery, and—when the Buyer is a Consumer—also for defects that appear after delivery during the warranty period. The Seller is not responsible for defects that arise after delivery during the warranty period as a result of: - normal wear and tear due to regular use, - improper storage, - improper use or misuse of the product, - unauthorised repairs, alterations, or mechanical damage, - neglected or incorrect maintenance. Warranty Period The period for submitting a warranty claim is 12 months from the date of purchase.

Carriers delivery times

Orders are delivered by DPD. Delivery time is 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are based on the package's weight and size. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the Buyer will receive an email with a tracking link.
