The Tyreinvader is a pinch-stop insert for tubeless tires. Very easy to use and lightweight, it protects your tires and rims from hard impacts without affecting the performance of your wheels.
It is available in several widths to fit rims and tires, from cyclocross and gravel bikes to mountain bikes.
Why did we create it?
Cyclists who ride aggressively on rocky terrain often want to lower their tire pressure for better traction and control, but are held back by the fear of hitting hard, pinching the tire sidewall between the rim and a rock, cutting the tire, and/or damaging the rim. This is where tire inserts (pinch-stop inserts, "tire noodles," etc.) can be useful. These products are inserted inside tubeless tires and absorb some of the impact, protecting both the tire and the rim. With Tyreinvader, we aim to offer an excellent and simple solution while maintaining low weight and cost.
Lightweight
The weights of the various Tyreinvaders refer to the uncut product (for 29-inch wheels), so it is even lighter when adapted for 27.5 or 26-inch wheels.

The tolerance on the nominal weight is +/- 5%.
High durability thanks to a premium material
Tyreinvader is made of high-density EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), a closed-cell polymer commonly used in the athletic footwear industry. This material can withstand heavy impacts with minimal damage and is highly durable.
Optimized for sealant
EVA has a closed-cell structure that cannot absorb sealant, allowing it to flow freely inside the tire cavity.
Furthermore, the Tyreinvader's cutouts allow sealant to circulate easily, ensuring punctures can be repaired quickly.
Because the inserts have surfaces that are wetted by the sealant, a portion of it will be unavailable for sealing punctures. For this reason—even with Tyreinvader—we recommend slightly increasing the amount of sealant normally used by 30 ml.
The cutouts on Tyreinvader allow the sealant to move freely inside the tire cavity, which is much more difficult with solid, donut-shaped inserts.
Tyreinvader was designed to work with our ammonia-free Caffélatex sealant.
Easy to assemble and install
Simply cut the Tyreinvader according to the instructions (for 27.5" and 26" wheels; no cutting required for 29"), join the two ends with the two hose clamps (included), mount it inside the tire (it will stretch slightly to fit the wheel's circumference), add sealant, and ride.
True run-flat performance
The Tyreinvader has been designed to fit the rim perfectly, so that—in an emergency—it will push the tire against the rim, allowing you to ride short distances with a flat tire. This should be considered an exceptional operating mode, as we do not recommend intentionally riding with the Tyreinvader at zero pressure.
Compatible with all tubeless valves
The Tyreinvader's shape and a specific cutout (to be positioned above the valve) always make it easy to install. Inflating the tire with any tubeless valve. No special tubeless valves are needed.
