**Resistance levels with color reference**
Each VirtuFit Pro Power Band has a specific shade, ranging from light to dark. The heavier the resistance, the darker the band. The dimensions also differ per level, so you always have the right length and width for your training.
• Light gray (Extra light): 5–15 kg – 208 × 0.45 × 1.5 cm
• Gray (Light): 15–30 kg – 208 × 0.45 × 2.2 cm
• Medium gray (Medium): 18–40 kg – 208 × 0.45 × 2.4 cm
