The SL-C3000 gear shifter is compatible with the Shimano Nexus Inter-7 internal gear hub. This rotating shifter lets you change gears effortlessly and doesn't require any strength from your fingers, meaning you can keep your hands on the handlebar when shifting gear. The shifter also has Shimano's Optical Gear Display so that you always know which gear you're in
