Hammock: 2.70 m x 1.50 m: can accommodate people up to 2 m tall. Maximum allowable weight: 110 kg.

Gear sling: 1.50 m x 0.9 m

Stuff sack: 24 cm x 24 cm, compressible

Dimensions of the compatible groundsheet: 115 to 225 cm long, max. 66 cm wide

Use

Choose an area between 4 and 6 m between 2 trees to set up your hammock. Be sure not to leave any branches or stones underneath, to avoid any accidents. Secure the straps according to the user guide, tie them around the trunk, like a noose, and attach the hammock to your knot using the carabiner, leaving the hammock slightly stretched.

There is a storage pocket along the side of the hammock to keep a few items: headlamp, bottle, etc.

Sleep in a hammock

The technique for sleeping well in a hammock is to position yourself diagonally. So, don't line yourself up with the hammock, but put your head on one side and your feet on the opposite side. You will then be in an almost flat, stretched out position, much more comfortable than the banana position you would be in if you remained in line with the hammock. This is why we also installed the sleeping mat pockets on a diagonal angle.

Sleeping out on cold nights

Many of the nights you will spend outside are likely to be cool, if not downright cold. The trick to stop you from getting a cold back and waking up shivering at 2 a.m. is to use a foam or inflatable sleeping mat. There is a large pocket on either side of the hammock on the inside, to slide in a mat and keep it in place. Use it diagonally for increased comfort lying flat. That way you can enjoy the hammock all year round, in all conditions.

Store your belongings

There's nothing worse than putting on cold boots in the morning.

To stop you from having to leave your backpack, shoes and other things lying around on the floor and getting damp in the morning, the hammock comes with a gear sling. It can be used to store all of your belongings under the main hammock, saving you from disappointment when you wake up.
