Features
This method feeder comes in 2 weights:
-20 g for fishing at short distances
-50 g for fishing at longer distances
They are 5 cm long and 3 cm wide. The dimensions are the same for both weights.
How to use a method feeder
Method feeders are mainly used to fish for large catches. They can used with damp method feeder bait or pellets that are moulded to the upper surface using a mould, depending on the model.
The bait is then placed on the top of the method feeder by putting it in the rigging to make sure that the leader does not become tangled when casting.
What is the difference between method and hybrid feeders?
Method feeder is a generic term used to describe a technique that uses a flat feeder, onto which the bait is "moulded" before casting. This technique mainly uses short leaders that enable the bait to be included in the rigging.
Hybrid feeders use the same principle, except that they have sides that improve the stability of the rigging when casting.
How to choose the weight of your method feeder
Method feeders are available in several weights. The lightest (20 g) are used mainly to fish in shallow water (<2 m) or over short distances (<20 m), and vice versa for the heaviest sinkers.
