PERFECT PROTECTION IN COOL WEATHER!

Cool temperatures, wind that's a bit too chilly, or a hill descent? When cycling, there are many times when your jersey might not be quite enough. Our ultralight windproof jacket has been designed and tested based on just these issues. We've put a lot of thought into the different conditions that you'll encounter on your rides, and made the Ultralight windproof jacket easy to fit into a jersey pocket.

WINDPROOF AND WATER REPELLENT

We've made improvements to the previous version of our women's windproof layer.

The main fabric protects you from the wind and stops you feeling chilled.

It also has a water-repellent treatment that will protect your chest from light drizzle.

ULTRA LIGHT

Besides its windproof and water-repellent properties, this product is made from one of the lightest fabrics available. Once the wind drops and the temperatures rise, fold it away into its side pocket – which can also be used as a rubbish pocket – stuff it into your jersey pocket, and forget it's even there.

REGULAR FIT

This close-fitting yet comfortable windproof gilet strikes the perfect balance between aerodynamics and comfort.

DESIGN CHOICES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE

- Ventilation: back made entirely of mesh fabric and laser perforations on the sides for excellent breathability

- Pocket access: back flap for very easy access to the jersey's pocket.

- Storage: the side pocket can be used as a pouch to stuff the gilet into, which can then be kept in a jersey pocket

- Comfort: cover at the top of the zip to stop it chafing your neck

- Protection: elasticated waistband with a silicone strip

WHY WEAR A WINDPROOF LAYER?

When cycling, your speed greatly increases the sensation of cold. An outdoor temperature of 10°C will feel like 7°C when cycling at 25 km/h. A windproof barrier helps prevent air from entering the garment and thus reduces heat loss.

Care tips

Machine wash at 30°C. Synthetic programme. Turn the garment inside out. Use minimal laundry detergent. Do not add softener. Line dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry.Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.
