Each gel contains 40 grams of carbohydrates, providing energy to achieve your goals.The scientifically recognised glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8 maximises the body's assimilation of carbohydrates.Sodium chloride (100 mg per gel) compensates for losses due to perspiration.
Formulated for exercise lasting more than 3 hours
Take 1:0.8 gels with you on long, intense rides lasting more than 3 hours.Eat a maximum of 2 to 3 per hour, along with water or a sports drink.Adjust the amount of carbohydrates to your nutritional strategy.Always practise ‘gut training’ by testing these gels during your training sessions to get your body used to high carbohydrate absorption.
Contraindications
The recommended consumption of this product is twenty 45ml 1:0.8 GELS per day for trained adults during high-intensity, long-duration physical exercise (> 3 hours).
