Lightweight carbon poles for technical trails and fast-paced adventures
The Running Poles Carbon Z Adjustable are designed for trail runners and fast hikers who need lightweight, dependable support across varied terrain. Built from premium T800 carbon fibre, they offer an excellent combination of low weight, stiffness and efficient swing to help you move confidently on steep climbs, technical trails and long-distance adventures.
The adjustable length from 100 to 120 cm suits users approximately 143–170 cm tall. To determine your recommended pole length, multiply your height in centimetres by 0.7. The secure Flick Lock system allows quick and reliable adjustment, while the foldable three-section Z-pole construction packs down to just 37 cm for easy storage in a running vest or backpack.
Fast transitions with the Blueberry System
The integrated Blueberry System lets you quickly clip the poles in and out without removing the included gloves, allowing smooth transitions during races, training sessions and mountain adventures.
Ergonomic cork grips provide a comfortable, moisture-resistant hold for improved control throughout your run or hike. The grips are compatible with both the included gloves and optional wrist straps, available separately.
Built for challenging terrain
Replaceable concave carbide tips deliver reliable grip on rock, gravel and hard-packed trails while helping to reduce vibration. Small baskets come pre-mounted for everyday trail use, while medium mud baskets are included for softer ground, muddy conditions and light snow.
The poles are also compatible with the Strive Quiver (sold separately), offering convenient storage and quick access while on the move.

Store clean and dry. Wipe off mud or salt after use, fold and pack in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not store while wet.
