The fixed 125 cm length is ideal for users around 178 cm tall, while the compact three-section Z-fold design makes the poles easy to store in a running vest or backpack when not in use.
The integrated Blueberry System allows you to quickly connect and disconnect the poles without removing the included gloves, making transitions smooth when running, climbing or carrying your poles.
The ergonomic cork handle provides a secure, moisture-wicking grip, while the lightweight construction helps maximise efficiency during long runs and mountain adventures.

To estimate your ideal pole length, multiply your height in centimetres by 0.7 and round up to the nearest available pole length.
The poles are compatible with the Silva Strive Quiver (sold separately) for quick and secure storage during training and races. The included gloves can also be replaced with compatible wrist straps, sold separately.
