Delivery Information

All home delivery schedules are listed at the checkout at the time of purchase.The delivery dates visible at the checkout are based on our delivery partners current scheduling.

Depending on the provider selected at the time of purchase you can expect the following estimated schedule -

DHL International 1-6 working days
UPS International 1-5 working days
International Bulky 1-15 working days
Express Bulky 1-6 working days
An Post Express 1-3 working days
Xpect Dublin Express is delivered same day if ordered before 12pm, if ordered after 12pm it is delivered next day.

You will be provided the most appropriate delivery provider at the checkout based on the availability of your selected products.
Standard orders shipping from our European warehouses will be shipped by our delivery partners UPS or DHL.
Express orders are delivered direct from our Irish stores via An Post or Xpect in Dublin.
All bulky orders, both express and international are delivered via our partners MeteorSpace.

You will be offered offered delivery schedules and prices at the checkout based on the availability of the products selected and also the size/weight of the total order.

All standard sized orders over €75 are valid for free home delivery.

For standard sized orders under €75 shipped internationally the prices is €5.99
For standard sized orderss under €75 shipped via express the cost is €6.99
For standard sized ordes under €75 shipped via Xpect express (Dublin only) the cost is €9.99
For standard sized pickup point orders under €75 shipped internationally the cost is €5.99
For standard sized pickup point orders under €75 shipped via express the cost is €6.99

For bulky orders under 40kg shipped internationally the cost is €29.99
For bulky orders over 40kg shipped internationally the cost is €44.99
For bulky orders under 40kg shipped via express the cost is €34.99
For bulky orders over 40kg shipped via express the cost is €49.99

All UPS and DHL orders are fully trackable within 24hrs of shipping from our European warehouses. The tracking link will be provided in your shipping email via the "Track my order" link at the bottom of the email.
All An Post Express orders will receive their tracking number direct from An Post within 24hours of receiving your shipping email.
We currently cannot provide tracking information for the home delivery of bulky goods but our delivery partners MeteorSpace will contact customers in advance of delivery.

Standard orders are orders which have a total weight of less than 30kg and a total length less than 120cm.
Bulky orders are all orders that are either over 30kg in weight or over 120cm in length.

Once your order is placed and the picking process has begun for a standard DHL delivery we cannot amend the address provided. If your order is large or bulky and you wish to amend the address please contact our support team in Dublin at [email protected] with the updated details and we will do our best to make arrangements for you via our delivery partners.

Unfortunately Decathlon Ireland cannot provide home delivery outside of the Republic of Ireland.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a home assembly service following delivery but our in store workshop team can provide an assembly service for all bulky items and bikes should you wish to bring them to the store after delivery. This service has a fee, contact our support team at [email protected] or visit the team in store for more information.

Unfortunately if you are not offered the "Express" delivery option at the checkout this is to due to stock availability. As these orders would be picked direct in store in Ballymun or Limerick, if unavailble in store, only "Intenational" home delivery via our European warehouse will be offered at the checkout.

All bikes arrive requiring basic assembly. This will usually entail the insertion and tightening of handlebars, saddle and pedals. In some cases, depending on the model of bike ordered, the front wheel may need to be fixed in place using the provided quick release. Basic allen keys and a wrench will complete the main parts of the process and we have instructional videos available on Youtube to aide completion. Please note pedals are left / right specific with the right pedal tightened clockwise and the left counter clockwise.

Click and collect bikes are fully assmebled upon collection, however any additional accessories purchased will not be fitted to the bike as standard upon collection. This service is available but at an additional cost upon collection.

Unfortunately if you are not offered the click & collect option at the checkout this is to due to stock availability. As all orders for click & collect are picked direct in store in Ballymun and Limerick, if unavailble in store, only home delivery via our European warehouse will be offered at the checkout.

As standard once you receive your "Ready for collection" email from our Ballymun or Limerick store you have 2 working days to complete the collection of your order. If you need to extend this period please contact our Dublin support team at help,[email protected] and we will do our best to facilitate an extension.

Unfortunately as all click and collect orders are picked direct from our store during trading hours, they are subject to adjustment in real time. Should this occur you will be refunded and notified immediately so as to avoid further inconvenience as we cannot provide alternatives via the online portal.

The reason a potential order is listed as having a split delivery is due to the availability of the products selected.

As some items may be available from our German warehouse which is the default offer for home delivery, the delivery fee for these items would be €5.99. If remaining items are currently only available from our store in Ballymun should you wish to purchase these also for home delivery a separate fee would need to be paid as it is picked, packed and shipped independently by our team in store. Alternatively a click & collect option is available which is free of charge for items that are currently only available from Ballymun.

Decathlon Ireland can now offer same day delivery to our Dublin based customers via our delivery partners Xpect. Same day orders are available where stocks allow and will be offered at the checkout if placed before 12pm under the name "Xpect Dublin Express".
If placed before 12pm the order will be delivered between 3pm and 9pm on the day the order is placed and will be fully trackable once it leaves our delivery partners depot in Dublin city. If "Xpect Dublin Express" is selected for delivery after 12pm, the order will be delivered the following day.

You can now place your standard sized order on Decathlon.ie and have it delivered to a designated An Post Pickup Point nationwide.
You can select your designated location from the map at the time of purchase and your order is then picked, packed and shipped from our Irish stores before being collected daily and delivered to the designated pickup point within 48 hours of shipping(excluding weekends)
Once the order is shipped you will receive a shipping email from Decathlon and then a follow up mail / text from An Post to confirm your orders tracking details so you can see when the order is ready to be collected from the designated site. ID will be required for collection of your order.
If you are not offered the option of a pickup point at the time of purchase this is unfortunately due to availability.
