**Ergonomic design for an effective massage**
The Tunturi Vibrating Massage Roller consists of 3 moving sections with an ergonomic design. Each part has a round shape and there are small 'notches' in between them. This ensures the maximum massage force is on the outside of the roller, allowing you to safely center your spine or shoulder blade without unnecessary strain. The muscle or body part you are massaging fits 'inside' the roller, ensuring the entire surface is fully massaged.

Thanks to its shape and compact size, you can use the roller while standing, sitting, or lying down on every muscle group: back, legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, and neck.
**From light relaxation to deep massage**
You can massage yourself at any time of day by turning on the roller and putting it against your skin. The vibrations give a wonderfully relaxing effect. The massage roller is also perfect for a deep and restorative massage. While the roller vibrates, you can apply rolling pressure to your muscles, similar to a foam roller.

**How to use the Vibrating Massage Roller**
1. Choose the muscle you want to massage.
2. Turn on the roller, place it on the floor and slowly lie down on it – the muscle is exactly in the centre of the roller.
3. Relax and keep breathing. You may feel uncomfortable pressure, but not sharp pain. Hold this for 20–30 seconds.
4. Holding is effective, but you can roll back and forth to massage a larger area.
5. Keep moving slowly, and stop at sore areas if necessary.

The vibration roller offers 3 vibration speeds and 1 automatic program. The on/off button and LED indicator are under the device for easy control:

While charging, the LED also shows battery status. The roller charges fully in 3 hours and lasts for 2 hours per charge.
