Working out offline? Data is stored in the rope and syncs with the app once reconnected.
**Work out comfortably with a tailor-made skipping rope**
Grip and length are important. Like a speedrope, the Smart Jump Rope has a slim comfortable handle and a high-quality, 3 mm thin, fully adjustable steel cable. More wear-resistant than plastic ropes, it lets you train efficiently without arm fatigue.
**How do you determine the right length?**
1. Attach the steel cable to the handles using the supplied manual.
2. Stand with both feet at the centre of the rope. Check that each end is equal.
3. Pull the cable tight and hold handles securely. Look down.
4. Move handles to your sternum.
5. Adjust length as needed through the handles.
**Four different training modes**
**1. Free skipping.** Free training, no time or jump limit.
**2. Time countdown.** Do as many jumps as possible in your chosen time (30 sec, 1 min, 5 min, 10 min or custom in app).
**3. Jump countdown.** Jump the chosen number (50, 100, 500, 1000 or custom in app) as quickly as possible.
**4. HIIT mode.** Train with preset interval programs.
Finished working out? The rope switches off automatically after 60 seconds. Recharge via included USB-A to USB-C cable.
