FAQ
Q1 : Can the Elite 300 be purchased and used separately? Can I use batteries from other brands?
A: 1. Can be used independently; the Elite 300 has an internal battery.
2. The Elite 300 does not have a capacity expansion function and does not support direct capacity expansion with B80, B300, B230, B300K, or B500K battery packs. The B80 can only be connected to the Elite 300 in power bank mode for a pseudo-capacity expansion. However, the B300, B230, B300K, and B500K can charge the Elite 300 by connecting to Charger 2.
Q2 : Does the Elite 300 have UPS functionality? / What does this functionality mean?
A: Yes. It supports 4 UPS modes:
1. Standard UPS Mode - (Default, maintains 100% SOC at all times, mainly used as a backup system)
2. Time-Controlled UPS Mode - (Recommended for areas with large peak-valley grid price differences)
3. Solar Priority UPS Mode - (Recommended for areas with abundant solar power)
4. Custom UPS Mode - (Combines the above 3 modes for customers to choose from)
Q3 : Is the machine's display a touchscreen?
A:No,You can access related functions and view relevant information by pressing buttons and button combinations.
Q4 : How do I get the most solar input from the Elite 300 under the 60 V limit?
A: The Elite 300 supports up to 1,200 W solar input (12–60 V, 22 A).
To maximize input:
• Wire panels in series to boost voltage.
• Wire panels in parallel to increase current.
• Don't mix different types of solar panels.
Recommended setups:
• PV200: 2S2P
• PV350: 2P
• SORA 500: 2P
Q5: How long can the Elite 300 run common devices?
A : Estimated runtime = Total capacity × Depth of discharge (DoD) × η (Inverter efficiency) ÷ (Load power + Elite 300's self-consumption)
For Example:
1. Everyday Essentials
• Light (10 W): 94.2 hours
• Router (12 W): 87.6 hours
