Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return. B) If a return label is included: 1. Securely pack your items in the original box. 2. Affix the return label to the package in a clearly visible location. 3. Send the package to the return address provided above.

Products purchased on Decathlon.be are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies as long as the defect is due to normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the seller's assessment of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
