Our teams developed these dynamic, shock-absorbing and lightweight women's running shoes for runners seeking propulsion with every stride (from 10 to 42km)
BENEFITS
Lightweight
The shoe weighs 185g in size 5.Energy return
Excellent energy return thanks to Pebax® Arkema foamGrip
The sole's texture and geometrical shape provide optimal grip on damp ground.Cushioning
Reactive cushioning guaranteed for 1000km thanks to Pebax® Arkema foamTECHNICAL INFORMATIONS
VERY REACTIVE CUSHIONING
For the foam, we partnered up with Arkema, a leading French chemicals company in the running industry. This alliance gave rise to VFOAM in Pebax ®, 20% more dynamic than conventional shoes. The Pebax® Arkema foam combined with the sole geometry provide very reactive cushioning.
SOLE GEOMETRY WITH MAXIMUM ENERGY
The doughnut-inspired heel geometry optimises material deformation for maximum energy return at every stride. The sole leverages all the shoe's qualities:the forefoot geometry maximises Pebax® foam's reactive expression and the heel geometry has an intuitive shape at the only point where cushioning is required.
LIGHTNESS
The research and development studies have shown that a lighter product improves running performance by reducing energy consumption.
To design the KD900, there was no compromise in terms of comfort and robustness and the decision was taken to use lighter components and an optimised sole design.
As a result, 185 g in size 5.
