You can adjust your dog's daily recommended intake in accordance with its activity level, physical condition and individual requirements. Your dog must always have access to clean, fresh water. How to implement a transition period when changing formulas
When changing dry food formulas, it is important to implement a transition period over at least 15 days, using the following method:
- The first 5 days: 80% of the old formula + 20% of the new formula.
- The next 5 days: 50% of the old formula + 50% of the new formula.
- The last 5 days: 20% of the old formula + 80% of the new formula.
- The first 5 days: 80% of the old formula + 20% of the new formula.
- The next 5 days: 50% of the old formula + 50% of the new formula.
- The last 5 days: 20% of the old formula + 80% of the new formula.
