The 900 bench has been designed to have 7 different backrest angles so that you can work different muscle groups. The inclined position targets the upper pecs, while the declined position focuses on the lower pecs. The vertical position is for training your shoulders.

Besides the 7 backrest angles, this bench has 2 seat angles.
You can be horizontal for your bench presses, or you can tilt the backrest for sit-ups or for doing incline bench presses.

The 900 weights bench has non-slip feet so that it will stay in place even when you're working with the maximum load and doing particularly intense sessions.
The legs can be levelled to make up for uneven floors. Once you've set your bench up, it won't move at all. Unless you need to move it, that is.

How to install your 900 weights bench
The 900 bench is delivered in parts and takes about 15 minutes to assemble. You can find the instructions on the Decathlon support website by clicking the banner at the bottom of the product page.
If your floor is uneven, you can use the adjustable feet to level your 900 bench and keep it stable.

Make your 900 bench last longer by taking good care of it
Finished your weights workout? Remember to wipe down the surface of your 900 bench with a damp cloth. This will clean the sweat off it and protect the coating. It's the same reason that you put a towel down on the machine or wear a T-shirt when working out.

The 900 weights bench is strong and sturdy, and designed to last. But if the structure gets damaged or if the foam, coating and accessories wear out, you can replace them!

4 sets x 6 reps (equipment: rack + bar + weights)
- Incline bench press at 30 degrees with dumbbells: 3 x 10 (dumbbell handles + weights)
- Dumbbell fly: 3 x 12 (dumbbell handles + weights)
- Dumbbell pullover: 3 x 12 (dumbbell handles + weights)
You should have a couple of reps left in you after each set. Gradually increase the weights each week based on how your body feels. Take 2 minutes of recovery between sets.
