Returns are free.

Returned products will be refunded within 4 days from the date the seller receives the product. Refunds will be issued exclusively via the same payment method used for the original purchase, with no exceptions.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date of the order by the carrier. Return shipping is free of charge. Exchanges and returns for products SOLD BY “Hystride NL B.V.” cannot be processed in Decathlon stores or warehouses. A) If NO return label is included in the parcel: Log into your customer account on decathlon.ie and click on “My Orders.” Select the order you wish to return. Under “Order Details,” click “Create a return/exchange.” You can then request a return label or further instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will provide all necessary information to complete your return. B) If a return label IS included: Securely package your items in the original box. Attach the return label clearly to the parcel. Send the parcel to the return address listed above.

For products purchased on Decathlon.ie, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery. The warranty is valid provided the issue is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect carried out by the seller, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. All documents required to activate the warranty or any potential warranty extension must be provided (purchase invoice, photos, audio/video clips, etc.).
